Revocable Power of Attorney

A Revocation of Power of Attorney, also referred to as a Revocation of POA, is a lawful document that revokes a current Power of Attorney.

In other words, a Revocation of Power of Attorney is written authorization that a principal (the individual who appointed power in a Power of Attorney) no longer necessitates and or wishes their attorney-in-fact (the individual who was appointed power in a Power of Attorney, sometimes called an agent or donor) to execute particular requests on their behalf.
